1495 Star Mesa Drive (Diane Feinstein’s ranch property) in Aspen just sold for $25,250,000. The market in Aspen is still incredibly strong… there were four property sales in Aspen and Snowmass in the last week, including Star Mesa.

The other three sales were in Snowmass. A one-bedroom at The Viceroy sold for $1,230,000, A two-bed two-bath condo at The Crestwood sold for $1,300,000, A two-bed two-bath condo at Top of the Village sold for $1,550,000.
